They guy at reception Francesco, was very nice and helpful. Besides that weird situation that reception and check in are in different places

Location was amazing, staff were so lovely and we got upgraded to junior suite so we enjoyed the hot tub.

The bed was very comfortable so as the pillow. The curtain and blackout was equally impressive, with double layers plus curtains and window panels. Shower is good as well. Adequate chairs as well as well as good lighting.
