Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Can't really go wrong with ham cheese toasty and croissants. But would have been nice if we had a choice of tea in the morning rather then coffee. Orange juice was also given. There was tea apon arrival of the room. But just had to ask for water refill. Having breakfast in room was a treat for the kids. Communication with the hotel is excellent. The responses are quick no matter when you text them about any enquiry. They tried their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible and answered any questions asked. Decor in the room was nice too. We really appreciated them for letting us check in earlier then the supposed time. They understood we had young children with us and tried to get the room ready for us for our arrival time.

We liked everything, the staff was friendly, everything was clean, the hotel informed us in advance about breakfast and all organizational issues. The location is excellent, right under the entrance there is a bus stop, around the corner there is a supermarket and the Vatican is nearby.

A place worth recommending! The staff were polite and communicative. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning efficiently cooled the room, which is essential in Italy in the summer. The location is exceptional, particularly for those who want to visit the Vatican. There is a bus stop right outside the building. The metro station is also nearby.
