The room was near Manzoni metro station which was convenient for our transport. The room was clean. Gianluca was friendly and helpful. However I think they could do better and put some more care in the room. In general the room was basic and I would suggest it if you wish to spend a couple of days in Rome but not for long stays.

We got a room upgrade, which was nice, but only after complaining about the kitchen facilities and our bathroom. The upgraded room was much bigger and better with a nice bed, but I feel sorry for anyone who got our first room (which had a fairly uncomfortable mattress). The location is quite convenient, being quite close to the Metro and a short walk to the bus stop for the main attractions which is good as Rome's main attractions are a bit too far to walk. Compared to other hotels/accommodation in Rome it is good value, but at any price and even if there are no stars, there are certain things to be expected.

The location was good, the host super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decoration was very nice too! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we would suggest it to people traveling to Rome. 😀
