The place is comfortable and the staff were very nice friendly and welcoming. I really like the idea of placing extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap and cotton pads. 10m by walk from Unicusano University.

Overall, the property was fine. It was sort of out of the way but that wasn't horrible. It took about 45min to an hour to get to the property by bus from central Rome. Getting the keys was a little challenging but we worked that out also. The host is deaf but we were able to communicate through a translation program so that was fine. They left some nice little breakfast pastries which were a welcome extra. The rooms were pretty good and it was definitely quiet.

Hosts were absolutely lovely, went above and beyond. Such a perfect little home base for my stay, in a very easy to access location via public transport. Had a wonderful time, would highly recommend this place

The location was very convenient for the dance camp we were attending in Rome. The communication with the host was very good, the apartment clean and spacious. Would stay again.
