Perfect setup for my family. The room was modern and clean. It also had a cute balcony. Easy tram/bus to downtown Roma.

We stayed there while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and secure, located in a lovely residential area very close to the beautiful Villa Pamphili park. The check-in process was smooth, and the instructions for entering the apartment and rooms were clear and easy to follow. Davide, the owner, was extremely helpful and stayed in regular contact with us via WhatsApp, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our stay.

Davide sent me a WhatsApp as soon as I booked and was really reactive when I had any questions. We were able to drop our bags there before the check in time, which allowed us to use the afternoon of our first day. The check in procedure (door code, key box code and door instructions) was really clear and easy. He sent a few useful messages to us for places to eat and different transport options. There was good WiFi reception. A little coffee station was available at the suites - enough to start the day. We had problems booking an uber for our departure and Davide answered my messages at 10pm! and tried to help us book. The room was very spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The big plus is the ease of communication, we saw no staff (except a cleaner) but Davide more than made up for that. The suites are close to a park and you don’t feel you’re in the city. But you can be at the Coliseum in 35 minutes on the bus. We highly recommend this accommodation !
