“Very good”

Overall it was good, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were fine. However, the breakfast was disappointing, as there was not much variety and it was the same every day

Very good hotel! Great location in beautiful neighbourhood. Walking distance from the city Center. Excellent cleaning service. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many choices for breakfast. I strongly recommend it.

“Comfortable stay, but politically uncomfortable.”

We stayed at the Twentyone Hotel in Rome for four nights, from July 17 to July 21. Overall, our experience was very good – the location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the service was satisfactory. However, it's important to note that Rome is a global city with thousands of hotels to choose from. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to see that this particular hotel chose to display the Palestinian flag at its entrance alongside a small selection of other flags (Italy, the European Union, and the United States). When we asked the front desk why they chose to display that specific flag, the response was that they had included all world flags – which was clearly inaccurate, as only six flags were present. While we fully respect diverse views, we found this choice unnecessarily political and out of place in a hospitality setting. It created discomfort for us as Israeli guests. If the hotel prefers not to welcome Israeli visitors, there are plenty of excellent alternatives in Rome that would be happy to host us warmly and without political overtones.
