We had a big issue with the room air conditioner that didn't work so it was really hot. The staff did all they could but there were no other rooms available and they couldn't locate a standalone fan. The next day the issue had been logged and we received a compensatory free breakfast and spa session, all the while the staff kept being friendly and helpful (many thanks to Valeria for her understanding and flexibility)

The room was reasonable comfortable, tram line was only 5 min walk which you could use to go the the main centre of Rome or just down the road to Piazza Santa Maria. If you're there on a Sunday you must walk across the road to the street markets which a great place to spend the morning.

Location was good, 10 minute walk from Trastevere. Staff was very helpful and polite. Laundry Service was quick and room was cleaned every day
