The apartment was nice. Check-in was not the easiest and took a long time to sort out as bad wi-fi. A phone could would have sorted it out in minutes but they preferred messages. Finally we got someone to call us after calling 3 different numbers. It would have been nice to have a least 1 bottle of cold water in the fridge on arrival. The washing machine was locked shut and not so convenient if you’re staying over 7 days. They were however helpful after help and always friendly if you needed their help. It was a lovely apartment with everything outside in walkable distance.

Stay at Trevi Fountain Boutique Apartment was absolutely great. For a reasonable price, my partner and I stayed in the heart of Rome in a comfortable apartment that fit 4, if the comfortable sofa bed is used, making it a good choice for a bigger group too. It was clean, modern, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. I was afraid it could be noise due to its location, few meters from Fontana di Trevi and above busy touristy restaurants, but it wasn't. With the detailed instructions before our arrival, we could find and get inside the apartment with the digital lock. We used the apartment's Wi-Fi from outside the door when our phone had a bad connection (but also recommend writing down the code for the doorknob). The staff was very kind to contact us through a message with all the info and great suggestions of restaurants and other attractions, which were also printed in a book in the apartment. They had optional services that we didn't use, like a transfer from the airport. I was pleasantly impressed with my experience, and I recommend the stay to all. I would definitely stay in Trevi Fountain Boutique Apartment again if I come back to Rome!
