The staff were helpful and professional. They even rang the taxi company to confirm our pickup time for us. The location is the finest! A 1 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain in the hustle and bustle. They also provide water bottles in a mini fridge which you can drink and then re-use the free water fountain 20 seconds from the hotel room. I will 100% stay here again!

The room was exceptionally clean and had all the basic necessities, and was in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind.
