Amazing location. Property was simple but spotlessly clean with everything we could need for our 4 nights in Rome. Cleaned daily with a change of towels. Andrea was amazing, she made everything so easy, arranging our taxi to and from the airport and provided recommendations for restaurants. She is always available to help and quick to respond.

100% for the location. You leave the front door, cross the road and u r at the colosseum. Super clean room and bathroom. Hostess was so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. Unforgettable stay. I can recommend it 100%

The room was beautiful, the facilities in the room were excellent and the communication with the owner was sio helpful and welcoming. We also had breakfast the next day at the café and it was a lovely experience too.. you will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We liked the location We Came to watch thé Marathon so we could not have been closer to the start Beds we're very comfortable and the shower was perfect
