Very friendly and helpful staff, great location close to most major attractions and 5min walk to metro for easy commuting. Clean facilities and great aircon.

The standard room was spacious and bright, the heating was excellent (perfect for us), the cleaning lady (Neda) always kind and attentive - she cleaned the room every day and changed the linen after the first three days). Plenty of towels, free cleaning products, dustbin bags, etc. The breakfast, although quite basic (it included a coffee or cocoa milk and a tasy croissant), is included in the room price and it was served in a caffeteria next to the building, which was fine for us. Also next to the building there is a big supermarket with everything one might need and a great ice cream shop. The closest metro station is Ottaviano, 250 meters from the location. Speaking of the location, it is in the Prati neighbourhood (one of the safest areas in Rome) and one can easily reach many objectives to visit in Rome, even by walking. Free umbrellas for guests in the reception area. For those traveling with kids, Luna Park (Luneur) is accessible by metro (Eur Magliana station on the blue line from Termini). The owner was always very kind and promptly answered to all our questions and needs. He arranged with the taxi driver to pick us up from the Fiumicino airport and back (50 euros per ride). We were very satisfied and we'll certainly return. Thank you very much for everything!
