Everything..the location..accessibility and ambience of the building itself…the limited amount of natural light is in the living room was in itself very much appreciated after the heat and brightness of the Roman summer. The apartment is very well maintained with a large and extremely comfortable bed complimented by well apportioned kitchen and shower room…solid tiled floors and plenty of storage. The host..Tiziana..was there to welcome and send me off and on hand from the point of securing the booking until post departure…giving detailed maps..information on the local eateries and even a menu of a local cafe. Very easily accessible by metro with Ottavio station being only a few minutes walk away and also only a short walk to the Vatican City too…the building in Via Famogusta is just set off a main avenue and quiet day and night with several cafes and restaurants with a few steps of the main entrance and plenty of places to recycle and dispose of waste on the streets too… Not hard to see why all the hard work of this wonderful host means it’s best to book well in advance…Rome cannot be visited once as thee is just too much to see and do…with a lovely base from which to explore and live like a local for as long as your stay permits…

Location is very comfortable. Queit and close to city center (20 min walk) and Vatican (5 min walk). Hospitality is perfect. Appratment is very clean. If there were some wine glasses - it woud be perfect for next stays. But it for sure doesn't influence my impression. Strictly recomment La Pasticciotteria in 2min walk (perfect croissants and coffee)

- Perfect location (close to Metro Ottaviano and Vatican). - Very clean, fully furnished and spacious. - Comfortable bed. - Tiziana was very helpful - she let us check-in a bit earlier to leave the luggage and gave us valuable recommendations for the Prati district.
