Clean and comfortable room , super kind and helpful host , he allowed us to have a late check-out , clear instructions to access. Good location close to Termini station .

During our short city break in Rome, we stayed at Room 115. The hotel’s location is very convenient – it’s just a short walk from the main train station, Termini, which makes it easy and quick to get to the airport. That said, the place itself really exceeded our expectations. What we saw in the listing photos perfectly matched reality – and was actually even better. The interior is modern, everything was new and clean. The room was well equipped (coffee machine, electric kettle, basic dishes) and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but more than enough for a short stay. There was fast internet available and a big bonus. The Smart TV with pre-logged streaming services, in case anyone gets tired of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and discreet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore Rome from.

Room was clean and spacious for the price. It had soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, tea/ coffee and a small fridge so it covered your basics. It also had aircon which could be useful in the summer. Host was very friendly! Can’t fault him! The property was close to a metro station and to Rome Termini

We stayed for five days, and it was such a great choice. The host was super welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely furnished, had a great espresso machine, and was really comfortable. We’ll definitely be back and would totally recommend this place
