The rooms were very nice and spacious inside. It looked exactly like the images. The bathrooms were nice and big, and the water pressure in the showers was wonderful. The water is also nice and hot. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are very clean. The staff at reception is extremely nice and helpful and also quite proficient in English. The buffet breakfast in the morning is amazing (I highly recommend), and it includes anything that you can almost think of. They also have a separate kitchen where you can cook your own food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The separate kitchen comes with a decent sized seating area where the travelers can spend time together and eat together. It also serves as a workstation for those who need to work during the day. It really is a nice setup. I didn't expect having dinner included as well. There is someone who cooks a vegetarian dinner, and then you can tip for the dinner afterward (it works in a similar way as the free walking tours).

It is very close to the Roma Termini and metro station, the common area is huge and many people chill out there, met new people who are super nice to talk to (our room get abit too chatty even got small complaint from other room for being noisy, but to be fair, it was a Saturday night ~11pm, not midnight time), staffs are super nice and very welcoming!!

I had a wonderful stay here. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely great and I always felt safe and comfortable around them. They were welcoming straight away and by attending the pizza making class on my first night, I felt even more included and welcome at this hostel. I can't recommend this hostel enough - I'm so glad I got to spend several nights here.

The location is close to Central, friendly staff, most of the tourist attractions are within 15-20 mins walking or a short ride. The kitchen is good, 3 stoves and 2 fridge. Private bathrooms have enough hooks, good locker, comfortable bed, room heating/ air conditioning.
