Everything! Location was unbeatable, apartment itself was spacious, well thought out and we loved the character of it. Gaspare was 10/10 as a host also, helping us with transfers to and from the airport, providing supplies to get us started and always on hand for any questions

The property is in a great central location on a beautiful little alley with a square at the end with daily fruit markets and restaurants. It is a few minutes walk to Piazza Narvaro, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and is probably an equal walk (about 20-30 minutes depending on how many photo stops you make!) to the Spanish Steps, Vatican gates and Colosseum. The host, Gaspere, met us on arrival handed the keys over along with providing some maps, his favorite food, gelato etc locations and some very useful information about things to see. We were keen to visit the Catacomb area and he went out of his way to research this and provide info on how to get there on the bus! His communication, via WhatsApp, throughout the stay was impeccable. Very quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. The apartment itself is in an old building, like most of Rome city, and whilst not modern, was quaint, comfortable, well furnished and presented, and had lots of little things, like some fresh milk, a cold beer in the fridge and a bottle of Prosecco, to make you feel like you were wanted and at home. I threw a coin in the Trevi Fountain so will be back in Rome for sure and would absolutely have no hesitation in staying here again.

Very cleany and best location! Host was very helpful with everything including check in, helping with information to get around, ordering us a taxi to airport and also giving food and shopping recomendations. Would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay for a family of 5, within walking distance to all the main attractions and some of the best restaurants are only around the corner at Campo de' Fiori. Gaspare is an excellent host. He gave us a warm welcome and answered all our questions
