The location is perfect - away from the crowds but less than 10 minutes walk to most major attractions. Monti is one of the nicest neighbourhoods. Plenty of local restaurants too. The hotel is charming and has an authentic feel with an ancient crypt behind reception where you can enjoy a welcome drink. The rooftop terrace is small but lovely and there are views of Palatine Hill. Breakfast is excellent.

Wonderful stay at the Inn at The Roman Forum. The staff wer so lovely and the location is excellent. We loved our stay there.
