The reception staff were helpful and friendly. On the first night, the wifi in our room was not working and they helped to change to another room in another floor as we need to have all rooms in the same floor. With regard to the cleanliness, the cleaning staff may have missed to clean the dust on the upper part of the wall area and lots of dust and dirt was found. Overall experience was fine

In a good location and is walking distance from attractions and the train station, nice lounge area with air con and plenty of seats.
