Our recent family stay at The Haven Roma was, quite simply, world-class. While we have stayed in numerous luxury hotels over the years, the level of hospitality we experienced here was genuinely unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, the attentiveness was remarkable. We were personally greeted by the Hotel Manager, Darius, and his team, who made us feel instantly at home. A special mention must go to Fatima, whose professionalism and kindness over the phone before we even arrived were outstanding; she went the extra mile to ensure every one of our family’s needs was met before we had even confirmed the booking. The property itself is beautiful. Our double rooms were wonderfully spacious, elegant, and provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Despite our late request, the team effortlessly accommodated us with side-by-side rooms, ensuring we were close to our children - a thoughtful touch that made our stay so much more relaxed. The culinary experience was another highlight. Breakfast was incredible; a vast, delicious spread prepared by their Michelin-starred restaurant that set us up perfectly for the day. Furthermore, the team’s local knowledge was invaluable, providing us with brilliant advice on which sites to visit and the best ways to navigate the city. What truly sets The Haven Roma apart, however, is the staff. Their blend of professional excellence and genuine friendliness made our trip so much more memorable. If you are visiting Rome and looking for a true 5-star experience defined by sincerity and grace, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We left feeling truly looked after.

The staff war gentle and welcoming and made our stay special. The hotel is in a central but calm area, which is perfect to enjoy the city by foot and at the same time relax. Last but not least the food with breakfast a la carte.

The staff was exceptional, they went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was great providing a variety of dishes all served at our table. Ideal location, with all the main sights within walking distance.
