The location is very good—close to the Ottaviano metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. The check-in process was straightforward thanks to the self check-in. This also allowed us to check in later than the stated times, which we appreciated.

I like the location. It took me 15 minutes to walk to where the tour of Papal Audience last Wednesday. It is 6 minutes walk from Ottaviano Metro Line A It is clean. He sends a detailed video description on how to operate the lift and which keys to use for the gate, apartment. It is also better to send written instructions as well. Dan is accommodating. He allowed me to leave my luggage after check out. Definitely recommend this B&B if you are visiting Rome and Vatican for the Jubilee.

The apartment is located right next to the Vatican, in a very central area. It’s perfect for exploring the city. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was great! The host was also very kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this place

Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. Good price quality ratio. Daniela was very friendly and gave us great recommendation for a restaurant :) Highly recommended!
