Great hotel with fantastic service. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had issue with room service and they went above and beyond to apologise. Would highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent-the team were so helpful and friendly. When I needed a meeting room suddenly, they went out of their way to assist. We got an upgrade surprise too. Location is fab. Unfortunately we had booked this hotel because of the roof terrace bar, DJ and views, but they had private parties on there both nights and we could not access it. One of the party guests screamed at me reception as I tried to talk to ( very helpful) customer services manager who was trying his best to resolve. It unfortunately spoilt it and next weekend, we have booked into the Anatara hotel instead.

the staff were very helpful upon checking in. thank you to ahmed for the warm welcome. it was a pleasant start to our stay. the hotel has amazing views and really comfy bed and room. we enjoyed the breakfast spread as well and the surprise they left for us for our honeymoon!
