Exceeded expectations in all areas. We were greeted with juice, snacks and milk plus a bakery basket which was above and beyond. Breakfast was yummy, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom and very easy access to bus for all of rome. Host took the to explain local attractions and transport options. Amazing place!

Breakfast was laid out ready to help yourselves at a time that suited. Great view of St Peter’s and easy to get around. Owners very friendly and helpful.
