The staff was really kind. The location of the hotel is outstanding, close to spanish steps, and to the metro station. The restaurant is really good, foods are really italian, and nice italian wines are avaliable.

My mum has a physical disability, and whilst the hotel is not 100% accessible, the staff were so helpful and accomodating of her needs.. The rooms were spacious for her equipment and very clean. The room was quiet despite being on a busy street due to excellent glazing. Breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. The spa was a lovely retreat from a busy day walking and caring for my mum. I loved the snippets of old features in the hotel and spa. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
