Great communication prior to arriving. Very helpful with instructions for getting from airport to hostel. Lovely that there was an evening Christmas dinner organised. Unfortunately I had prebooked a cooking class. Had I not done this, I definitely would have been keen for Christmas dinner. Room was nice and warm. Great to have a shared kitchen. Nice to connect with other solo travellers.

Quite close to termini station - no cobblestones on the way so super easy to move your suitcase. I enjoyed the evening social drinks and I especially loved the social walk. Was nice having a WhatsApp chat for those in the building

The room was great and the bed was so comfy, having a little balcony was also a bonus. the staff were so kind and offered different social events which is always so nice as a solo traveller , i didn’t end up attending any because i was so busy with my own itinerary but some people i spoke to in my room were telling me how great they are.
