A very gentle host. PERFECT location, less than two minutes from Stazione Termini (Via Giolitti). Great spot for us as we needed to travel from Termini to other towns/cities and used metro frequently. The furniture is nothing special, but the place was overall very clean, with spotless sheets and towels. The bathroom is a bit old, but it functioned very well. Due to negative reviews I was a bit worried, but in the end everything was fine. I wouldn't mind staying there when I revisit Rome. For those expecting 5-star service, they should go to a 5-star hotel. For the price we paid, everything was very good
