It was OK but fairly expensive for the services provided, missed a real reception and a possibility to buy food and drinks etc. Hard to find the entrance which was in an ordinary building in Rome (no signs).

The balcony. The fridge. The location. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They are not always present, but you can reach them anytime by messages via booking.com.
