The personnel are incredible and extremely accommodating. The room is spacious, beautifully equipped and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to major landmarks surrounded by cafés, markets and restaurants.

Junior suite was very spacious, with a bath and separate shower cubicle. It was also very quiet, so we slept soundly. The location was excellent, near to the train station (Termini). There were plenty of restaurants in the area. The breakfast choices were outstanding. The staff were very professional, helpful and attentive.

We found the room to be very clean, comfortable and we sleep very well especially after having a choice of pillows. We were very pleased with the food choice at breakfast with a wide range of options which set us up for the day touring the tourist sites in Rome. The location was ideal to be within 5 minutes walk to the main railway station which we used as a transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the main tourist area however there are plenty of interesting buildings to admire on your way including a visit to quieter restaurants and coffee shops.
