Excellent location 10 -15 minutes walk away from the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. Close enough to great cafes and bars but not too noisy. Alessio was a super host, easily accessible by text and gave us clear instructions to access the room when we arrived. Room was basic but very clean and had everything you need for a short stay in the heart of Rome. Breakfast was in a bar opposite , where you get a coffee and cornetto(croissant) from friendly staff. We thought it was excellent value for the money and would stay here again.

Location was excellent.. Access by elevator ( small ) Communication and access instructions to accommodate late arrival with owner v what's app was efficient .
