The property was a great location and fitted all the needs of a solo female traveller. I read a lot of reviews prior that weren’t overly positive but I can honestly say my experience was great. The lady on the reception on my arrival was it Anna? She was amazing, extremely helpful and welcoming. My room was a single room and it was perfect. It was clean, with all basic amenities. House keeping came in each day to turn down my room. You are visiting an extremely historical city, the hotel is exactly that its authentic. If you’re looking for modern, then the branded hotels are for you. This property has character and gives a real Italian feel.

That there wasn’t someone at the reception at all time made me feel u secure if something was to happen at night. Reception had restricted hours
