The location was great, just few min to Termini station. The room was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. There was a coffee machine, kettle and microwave in the common area. The lady in the reception allowed us to leave our luggages there after check out.

Gaia, our host, was wonderful, friendly & warm. She was so helpful to the extent of helping us to Termini train station with our luggage. We could not have been more impressed. Room & bathroom were very very clean & pleasant. Would stay again? Absolutely!

Great location, near Roma Termini and tourist spots. Helpful staff, when we arrived, they had the elevator maintenance service. Roberto informed us ahead of time, and they came and helped us out with our luggage.
