Easy check in and out. Large room and bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast selection was B&B basic and therefore perfect to our taste and expectations. Delivered to our room on the clock. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is 20-25 minutes walk from the Vatican and 10-15 minutes from old city center. We recommend the the Terravision shuttle bus from the Airport to the Vatican-bus line. Busstop only 5 minutes from the B&B. 6,00 EUR pr. Person.

The location, very clean and well maintained. Very spacious and the breakfast is lovely. The staff and the owner are very easy to reach. They are so accommodating , friendly and kind. The place itself is an easy reach to top places.

The property is super safe with lock on the main entrance and the entrance to the rooms and an additional key for each room. The man at the entrance is exceptionally helpful, always smiling and willing to assist in any way. He would deliver the freshly made breakfast to our room on time and would be very gentle and respectful. Mattheo, the owner, was always available on Watsapp and very kind and polite. We enjoyed our time there and will stay there again if we find ourselves back in Rome.
