Great location. Bus stop outside the building. To the Coliseum a few minutes by bus, half an hour on foot. Convenient access to Ciampino airport. Very clean. 2 bathrooms in the hallway, but that was no problem. Equipped kitchen. Mrs. Ruth helpful and friendly. I recommend.

Basically, you have all you need in the apartment. Our room was with a bathroom, the shower was super tiny, but it was fine for a quick shower. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was not working, but there was a fan, which helped as well.

Great staff! Very welcoming and available to support you and give you helpful information. I appreciated the human touch and the in-person check-in experience, while most places opt for an automated check-in. The room was very clean, which is essential when staying anywhere to sleep.
