The location is exceptional (just 3 minutes away by walk to Vatican Museums). The neighbourhood is lively and full of restaurants and bars, shops... There are two good supermarkets in 1 minute walking. The room is cozy and clean, the bathroom is renewed and there is a shared tea room / living room with kitchen where you can keep food or beverages in the fridge. The breakfast is in a cafeteria 2 minutes by walking where the pasticceria and the coffee are so good! And the staff is very nice. And finally, Signora Maria is so kind and attentive!! She will be always ready to help :)

The service from our host was excellent. She did everything for us (11 people) from booking us in, showing us where everything is ans how to use the doors and lift. We are not IT people so we were all delighted with her. She also had our rooms sparkling and the use of the kitchen and seating room was brilliant as we had a good group of people and we could have the chats in there. The location is great as well.
