Communication between the booking and arrival was very good, with detailed information about the arrival and stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was as expected from the website picture, maybe a bit smaller, but that didn't make any difference. The showers were good, and the room was well-maintained during our stay. We did use the jacuzzi in our room; it was a bit noisy, but overall it was a nice experience. The location was amazing; everything around us was within walking distance, and there were plenty of places to choose from for food.

The room was as seen on the website and we had a great time in Rome, using the bath in the room after a long day of working was great, we even used the spa jets in the bath during the day when we had some time as it's quite loud, but that's expected with any bath with jets. The location was great and we would 100% book again if in Rome.

Location was great and the staff were very nice as well as the cleaning of the rooms very good. Bit didn’t think it was worth what we paid.
