Easy to find, with clear instructions provided. Very close to train station with heavy luggage, then easy walk to attractions. Big room, plenty of space to open out all luggage. Great shower, good size bathroom. Nice simple breakfast. Friendly service. 1st floor, so not many stairs (lift available but we didn't use it)

We really loved the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Our host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Room cleaning and towel changes were done exactly as agreed. Breakfast was delicious, too. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from Termini Station and the metro also, making it easy to explore any part of the city. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next trip to Rome.

Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast from the owner. The host was really nice and welcoming. The location is also just 4 min walking distance from the train station and close to all the good restaurants
