Friendly staff with timely communications, great location to Termini station, particularly like the idea of a microwave oven available at the common area for guests to use.

Location was excellent to get to the start of the Rome Marathon and it is a quiet road between Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini - good all in all and the room was not facing the tram line

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, the room was really clean and had everything I needed. Also the terrace was gorgeous!
