Very close to the bus stop that leads directly to the city centre; the owner even helped us finding a parking spot (which indeed is a bit challenging when arriving very late); apartment is close to a super market; availability of tee and coffee in the appartement

Ventsislav's place is perfect. We had a big car, he helped us secured a car park by the street. Then, he showed us to our lovely apartment and explained everything to us. He even helped showed the bus route for our visit around Rome. The apartment is very clean and comes with a nice cosy kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook. We cooked our meals there for 3 days. Ventsislav also prepared many bread & snacks for us, so thoughtful of him. There's also a washing machine for our laundry. There's 2 bedroom and both comes with super comfy bed. Plus point, there's also air condition in each room. Not many European houses comes with air condition. The streets below us has everything! The supermarket is right below. Bus stop just downstairs and takes you 10 mins to get into the city for all the attractions like Colosseum, Pantheon and others.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
