This is a lovely guest house. Great location and spotlessly clean . The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels daily. Large comfortable bed ! Ninetta, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Even telling us how to get there on arrival and we were welcomed there early. No waiting for check in time ! She gave us recommendations and could even book things for us. I would definitely return !

Nineta is an incredibly kind and warm-hearted person. From the very first moment of our arrival, she showed such genuine care — despite the absence of an elevator, she and her assistant carried all our luggage themselves and didn’t even let us touch a single bag. On top of that, she kindly upgraded our room category and explained everything in detail to make sure we wouldn’t have any difficulties during our stay. The apartment’s location is absolutely perfect — just a 3-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo, and all of Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance. The home itself is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, filled with love and warmth — you can truly feel that guests are deeply cared for here. Nineta also took care of our departure and organized a taxi for us in advance. The cleanliness is impeccable, with fresh white linens and towels. She is a truly special person with a big heart. Honestly, I even felt sad that she lives in Italy and not in Azerbaijan — I would have loved to be friends with her in real life, also carefully packing our food for the road, it just like a caring mother would. It was such a touching and thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel at home. She took care of us the way a loving mother would. Thank you, Nineta, for everything!
