Met by host who spent time showing us around/locks. We were allowed to store our luggage there as room not ready. Fantastic location, felt very safe. Lots of clean towels and coffee machine to use (outside the room). Great shower too.

Palazzo is very nice and well designed Rooms vary in terms of size and light, delux double rooms are not big but i traveled solo so it was enough. Great location. Everyday cleaning. Very helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was truly amazing — the hosts were incredibly kind, always available and super responsive whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless, in a fantastic location, and the staff were all lovely. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return!
