The apartment was spacious,clean and provided everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Using an apartment was so much better than a hotel room with comfort and space and more cost effective. Residenza Termini, is within a 10 minute walk from Termini station and in a reasonably quiet area.

Close to Termini station (but not too close to the rough areas), big supermarket nearby, close to bus stop. Many decent eateries nearby as well. Property is well-maintained, room was spacious and clean. Property also has a washer and dryer in the basement for laundry. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, pots and utensils. Host was very gracious and welcoming. Check in and check out went smoothly.

Host was very helpful and friendly, we were able to check in a bit earlier. Apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped. Location is perfect as Termini is very close, 10 minutes walking distance, and also there are lot of bus stops around the place if you are about to use public transportation. Neighborhood is nice and calm.
