Location is very good. The cleaning is very good. But the best is the host, Massimo. He was very pacient and prestative with us, grade 10. The place lives up to expectations.

Very hospitable owner Massimo presented us a Panettone, which was delicious. He gave us a map with city main attractions and explained in details the best spots and route to visit them. You can write any request to the owner on WhatsApp and he will respond quickly. Very comfortable bed, nice little balcony with inside yard view. Very clean and quiet room with all necessary accessories.

Friendly and helpful staff, big, very quiet and clean room, wonderful location: minutes from Termini station, and minutes from Indipendenza - a big bus hub. Many cafe and restaurants near by. Easy check in and check out.
