The welcome was lovely, Antiono spoiled us with champagne and chocolates as a honeymoon surprise. The room was very quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open. (There was AC but we chose not to use it). The bed was firm aghast the hotel had some lovely original touches including fabric wallpaper. The mini breakfast croissants were yummy and there was a kettle in the kitchen if you wanted drinks after breakfast. Great location for walking to the main sights and less than 10mins walk from the airport bus. Clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Ave in Rome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main historical attractions. The hotel has a charming style reminiscent of the Victorian era, which made the experience even more special. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, especially Vera, who took care of the guests as if they were her own family. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to come back again in the future.
