The appartment is very comfortable and, besides the beautiful decor, it's got a useful display (I specially like it that WC and bathroom were 2 separated rooms) I also love the location/area in the city (It's my favorite in Rome and I always try to stay in the same area again). Communication with the persons in charge was excellent, even when things got complicated: We spent almost 24h with no electricity in the whole building which made "normal life" difficult: no light in the room, no possibility to charge mobile phone, no hot water, etc. They provided us with lamps but fortunately, they fixed the fault by the evening and We got back to normality. In addition, next day we were able to use the room extra time until the time of our departure in the afternoon, which We really appreciated very much. Destiny it's funny: We were supposed to stay in Raffaello in 2020 but Covid had just started in Italy and everything was cancelled and although We had 1 year voucher for the room, We couldn't use it and we lost it. After 6 years, We've have finally enjoyed our stay at Raffaello Charm suites.

Fantastic stay in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect - quiet, yet close to everything you’d want to see and do. The host was incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, and the mattress was especially good, which made a big difference after long days exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

The location is great - easy walking distances to many sites, restaurants and there is a bus stop about 150m that will take you to other locations. The apartment was charming, clean and spacious and really in keeping with the overall period of the building. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good!
