The hotel is within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Rome. The rooftop restaurant is a very pleasant place with excellent cuisine. Communication with the reception was pleasant, professional, and without any issues.

The rooms are furnished with new furniture and are quite comfortable — the bed, in particular, was very cozy. There’s a kind and friendly doorman at the entrance, which creates a welcoming first impression. In the lobby, guests can help themselves to water, tea, candies, and fruit, which is a nice touch. I requested a room on a higher floor and in a quiet area. While I was given a room on a high floor, it faced a noisy street with tram tracks, so unfortunately it was not very quiet.

The location is perfect: close to the main sightseeings. The staff also very pleasant and friendly, always willing to help. What else I like about 5* hotels is small details: you can enjoy free tea station & cookies in the lobby, it was very helpful after cold nights! Another advantage is sleep preparation: they refresh water and leave small chocolates. The last but not the least, they create different activities for the guest, f.e. Aperol spritz master-class.
