Everything was great. Staff was great and helpful Patient with queries Great location Cafes and restaurants and supermarket and saloon all within walking distance For Catholics There’s a church that’s walking distance or you can take the bus 96 and it’s 2 stops away Trams , trains and busses take you to major sites Enjoy the ride and site see at the same time Room is comfy and conducive Basic needs are there Heaters available in the room Able to get hot water from level 7 at the common area Just ask the staff I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back. It has a home feeling .

The first impression was very bad. They rejected my cancellation request even though I asked within an hour of booking. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very arrogant and told me he could basically reject my check in because I arrived at 2:50 am, even though I had informed them in advance. He asked for a late arrival fee, even though I was told on WhatsApp that late arrival was free. He did let me in, and later returned the fee as a gesture. On the other days, the experience was nicer. The other reception staff were friendly, especially the Italian cleaning staff member, who was a very kind person. Overall, it is good if you plan to stay short term in Rome.

It's a good hotel, with a good location and attentive staff. There was hot water and heat, which was very important to me. We arrived late at night and checked in without any problems. This is very good. There was a 10 euro charge.

Location / price comparing to the rest of options - perfect ! Bus/metro and supermarket right next to the building - also, an non stop shop
