Hotel was super clean, Breakfast was so good which you can find all different alternatives, all day and night breakfast area was open and you can take coffee, tea and water free. Hotel is only at the 4th floor of the huge building which we felt like a local Roma Citizen while entering from the huge main door everyday. There are restaurant and coffee shops around the hotel which are good-I strongly suggest L'Angolo di Napoli pizzeria. We enjoyed entire stay and will come again for sure.

Really lovely little hotel near/in Monti. The main station was a 15 minute or so away which was handy when arriving & leaving. The hotel is up on the fourth floor of a lovely older building but the hotel is quite modern. The staff were fantastic and the room was perfect for my solo, one week stay. There was a good breakfast included every morning and there was a water and coffee machine that we could use (that was included) any time of the day, which I really loved. It was on a square / busy intersection but it was super quiet inside the room. Good air con for the European summer.

We stayed three nights in Princeps Boutique Hotel in a room overlooking the Basilica where Pope Francis rests. The hotel is on the 4th floor which is accessed by a quaint old lift. The room was quite modern and very comfortable. A great breakfast was provided with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful with advice for travellers. They even put together breakfast packs for our early departure. A lovely place to stay in Rome - Geoff and Jane G
