The area is quieter than the city center. To our surprise, tea and coffee were waiting for us! Just what we need for a night of refreshment! The host Silvia was very kind, helpful and flexible!! We felt good!

The host and cleaning lady were lovely and very responsive/ helpful. There was a variety of readymade breakfast treats provided. The bathroom and room were dust-free, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great too.

Only positives!!! The room was cosy and fit enough for a family of four. Two big double beds (one mezzanine bed), fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and many more), a big wardrobe, a TV with only Italian channels😃 and a nice bathroom with a shower, hair drier and bidet. A set of towels provided for each person. There is also air conditioner and a portable heater in the bathroom. The view from the window is not nice, but it has its positives (roads at night are noisy with honking cars and screaming people). The room is cleaned every day (unlike many hotels). But the most surprising and rare thing is a plate of sweet Italian delicacies welcoming you and refilled all the time 😀. There is bottled mineral water in the fridge, milk and single-serve coffee containers. We were extremely surprised and delighted to find prosseco in the fridge during our stay🥰 Opposite the room, there is a storage, where you will find an iron and an ironing board if necessary. In the vicinity of the room you'll find an all-you-need supermarket, a chemist's, a number of more or less exclusive restaurants and... a big market with fresh fruit and vegetables. There is also an excellent Ciro kebab😁. Transport: Free transport FROM the airport!!!! The closest metro station (Reppublica - line A towards Varican) is around 15 mins walk from the room. Termini where lines A and B (Colloseum) interchange is around 25 mins away on foot. Metro is the best way to move about, as all the most important Roman attractions are on its way. There is also a bus system, but you must be careful with that because there is no schedule😁. Metro tickets are 1,5 euros for one ride to 7 euros for a day ticket. It also works on buses and trams (which are rare). A taxi system is also a good option especially at night. They charge around 15 euros from the Piazza Venezia (download itTaxi app😉).
