Location is amazing. 2 mins to Colosseum. Facilities great, decor fantastic. Beds comfortable. Washing machine and dryer major advantage for a family.

It was so clean and the perfect set up for my husband and I travelling with our 23 year old daughter. She was able to have space to herself while we occupied the bedroom/living space. Location was great, couldn’t believe the first day walking to the end of our street and there was the Colosseum. The only thing was being an old building we had to take luggage up two flights of stairs, having said that you only have to do that once (much easier going down) and in an old city like Rome this is common. Communication from Elizabeth was great and we have vowed to come back. Oh and the cold air conditioning very pleasant after days out touring in the heat.

Stuggled a bit with the steep stairs but other than that this the accomodation was amazing and in a geat location. Very clean and modern. Plenty of restaurants around. Just 5mins from the Colosseum. Highly recommend this.
