The location was amazing! Everything was so close and all walkable distance. Felt really safe and the staff were lovely!

Room serviced daily but had only 2 x teabags for a 4 day stay , had to ask for more and only provide more water

Highlights: 1) The location is perfect - situated right next to the Trevi Fountain, which made exploring Rome incredibly convenient. 2) The hotel's classic, historical ambiance gives it a charming character. 3) The lobby is absolutely beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. 4) The staff provide exceptional service. Special thanks to Mirko who offered fantastic recommendations for exploring Rome's best attractions. 5) Lorenzo, the owner, was remarkably responsive and helpful in addressing our questions during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Excellent location. Entrance a little confusing as reception is on 3rd floor lno proper sign outside so look for intercom buttons at side of big brown doors. Very clean . Could do with some sort of shelf in shower. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure
