The room was very clean, with AC, a TV, and a private bathroom. I didn’t feel like anything was missing.

100 m to metro or tram station/ 2 station from Termini / nearby a lot of mini markets or bistro where we can eat or buy some things like food and drinks, shared kitchen with 4 rooms, a private garden in quiet inner courtyard, window towards another quiet inner courtyard, comfy bed, situated on the ground-flour, helpful host, provide touristic map, some info about surroundings , where to eat with discount from him, is possible after check out at 10 to let the luggage for a while. After you pass the building gate there is nice and clean marble-clad hallway. 15 minutes walk to Colosseum or Basilica papale Santa Maria Maggiore.

Clean, relatively comfortable bed. Located very close to a metro station as well as bus and tram so easy to get around even though it’s not in the centre. Well equipped common kitchen area also with a washing machine
