We were greeted by one of the staff, who didn't speak English but was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and exactly as advertised. The main staff member I spoke to was really nice too and was very responsive on both Booking.com and WhatsApp. My friend and I felt very good staying there. Also, this hotel is in a great location! There are at least 3 restaurants on the same road with extensive menus, the Vatican Museums are very close and there are loads of shops nearby. It felt very safe. The hotel is inside a building that has other properties in it too, but the instructions at check-in are very clear, so it was easy to find. We booked and checked in on the same day as emergency accommodation, and it was the best decision we made in Rome!

The apparent is a very nice, you have everything you need. Cleaning is everyday, and even if you don’t see anyone on reception, host replays on WhatsApp quickly. Nice location, very safety and good transportation.

Fantastic location very near to the Vatican City. Large clean and spacious comfy room. Powerful shower and good lighting. Fairly quiet as my room fronted the road. Very friendly staff. Drinks machine a great idea. Bottled water in the fridge came in handy.
